Schools  across the country are hosting Maker Faires with a brand new STEAM focus. School Maker Faire exhibitors, or “makers,” are primarily students—either as individuals, clubs, classes or groups. The Maker Faire exhibits can be from any discipline — from science to art to gardening to engineering to craft.

On September 7, 2018, we will host a city-wide Mini Maker Faire and invite all of our K-12 Partners to show off their exhibits with Shreveport-Bossier’s top makers, tech companies and colleges.
